The glitch can be made to occur by activating Debug Mode and placing waterfalls in a certain pattern/area.

Ashura is a popular character and is used in various webcomics such as Two Evil Scientists, where he is partnered with Quint, an evil version of Megaman and calls himself "A palette glitch that became too well known."

Ashura, due to being a palette glitch, has no backstory and no given personality whatsoever, this leaves it wide open for fanfiction writers to form his personality and his backstory, another key example of that is [http://sonic.wikia.com/wiki/Nazo Nazo].

She is a yellow cat with navy blue, black hair and a red dress. Although she was scrapped, her data still exists in the arcade version. When you do 2-player mode on ''Sonic the Fighters'', the 2 people that are playing it have a choice of which character they want to chose, and, if they both choose the same character the person that chose that character second will get a gray scale version of that character, but with Honey she has two different versions so if you chose her second she will have blonde hair, a blue dress and pink fur. (The pink, blonde haired, and blue-dressed one is her mirrior version.) Honey normally has pigtails, and a tail, but they don't come due to a glitch.(But new Emulators fix the glitch)The mirror Honey is a pink skinned, blonde haired, and blue dressed version of Honey, Mirror Honey has no moves at all, and is completely useless due to that fact. It is a 100% chance that the player would be able to defeat Mirror Honey without getting any health loss. She is the only Mirror Version in the game to actually be colored. The Mirror Honey also appeared in the ''Sega Saturn'' version of ''Fighting Vipers'' (see picture). The Mirror Honey also has blue colored hairband, normal Honey has a red hairband. Mirror Honey is the only version of Honey the Cat to actually appear in a game.
